Pratama Hendri Putra is a graduate of the Bachelor of Law program at Pancasila University, Jakarta, in 2017, with a concentration in Criminal and Civil Law.

Prior to pursuing a career as a lawyer, Pratama initially worked as an employee at a private company, PT Ramadhika Nuansa Pelangi (Tour and Travel), serving as a General Affair Staff. Subsequently, he continued his career as a Legal Supervisor at the prominent Indonesian company Wings Group.

Before joining BPSP & Co., Pratama began his legal career by establishing a Law Office called Trisula in 2017, actively involved in handling cases related to Civil and Criminal Law, particularly in the areas of Land, Property Licensing, and Family Law

Alip Budiono, S.H.

Since his graduation as a law bachelor in 2007 with a concentration in Criminal Law, Alip immediately enrolled in the Specialized Advocate Professional Education (Pendidikan Khusus Profesi Advokat or PKPA) at Faisal Hafied & Associates in 2008.

In the same year, he successfully completed the advocate professional exam and went on to pursue a career as an Associate at the law firm of DR. Najab Khan, SH., M.H & Associates (Advocate & Consultant for Intellectual Property Rights).

While serving as an Associate, Alip actively participated in learning and directly engaging in several cases experienced by clients such as Siloam Hospital Group, PT. Mandiri Prima Perkasa, Sari Bundo, and others.

Additionally, Alip has also worked with two prominent companies in Indonesia, namely Secure Parking Indonesia and Wings Group, where he held the position of Legal Industrial Relation Specialist. Alip possesses expertise in resolving issues related to labor and industrial relations, and he is currently undergoing the national certification process in this field.

Maharani Lolita Suseno Putri is a graduate in Law from Atma Jaya University, Yogyakarta, in 2017, with a concentration in Civil and Criminal Law. Subsequently, Maharani pursued a Master’s in Notary at Pelita Harapan University, Jakarta, graduating in 2023.

Before entering the legal profession, she began her career as an employee at a private company, PT. EEN STEEL INDONESIA, under the auspices of PT. Perum Percetakan Negara Indonesia (PNRI), serving as a Legal Staff. She then progressed in her career, holding the position of Assistant Manager Litigation Specialist at PT. Bank China Construction Bank Indonesia, Tbk.

Maharani commenced her legal career in 2019, showcasing extensive expertise and experience in various practices, including corporate and commercial banking. She also possesses wide- rangingskillsandexperienceindispute resolution. Currently, Maharani has completed the Risk Management Certification organized by the Risk Management Certification Body (Badan Sertifikasi Managemen Resiko or BSMR) in Indonesia.
